At Cal Poly ElectroMotion, it’s our goal to engineer, design, and manufacture a lightweight electric single track vehicle which fits in the ebike classification index while having the potential to reach motorcycle speeds for off road use. This would allow anyone over the age of 16 in California to ride it even without a motorcycle license. The vision is to blend the minimalistic design language of vintage cafe racers with the modern technology of the 21st century. The end goal is to create the ultimate commuter which blends style and functionality while staying environmentally safe.
