Craig McKown is a former Air Force Officer and spent 34 years designing, building, testing, and launching satellites at Maxar Space Systems (and its predecessor companies). He has a BSEE from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MSEE from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Craig likes to run, bike, swim, and hike, but his passion is coaching high school cross country. He also makes ceramic pots for house plants. Craig is married and has two grown daughters and one granddaughter.
